Another Snicker Bar recipe, but a pie.  I was going to make this once, but I lost my head and ate all the Snicker bars.  JanK

SPECIAL RECIPE

Coconut and Candy Chess Pie

1 9" pie shell, baked at 425 degrees for 5 minutes
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 2-oz. Snickers candy bars, chopped

Bake pie shell for 5 minutes and remove from oven. Meanwhile, combine sugar and eggs in large bowl and beat well. Add remaining ingredients except candy bars and beat until combined. Stir in candy bars and spoon into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until center is slightly puffed and top is golden brown. The filling won't be set. Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes, then chill for 3-4 hours before serving. Enjoy all these fabulous pie recipes and I'll see you next time!
