Hi.. this was posted a few years back by a lady that went by the name of Mare..

This is absolutely simple and very delicious....it disappears so fast I have to cut the first piece for myself...just follow the directions.. the crust will fit the pan!

This is so easy and so so so so good!

9 inch pie pan
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.....
Crust:
1 cup + 2 Tablespns of flour
1 Tablespn sugar
1/4  teaspn salt
1/3 cup corn or canola oil
11/2  Tablespns milk

Filling:

4 - 6 peeled ripe peaches
1/4  cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspns cinnamon
1/4  teaspn ginger
3 Tablespns melted butter
1 cup unwhipped heavy cream

Make Crust....
Mix dry ingredients right in the pie plate.
Mix oil and milk  and blend well
Pour oil and milk mixture over the flour mixture in the pie plate
Mix well......and pat out the crust around the plate.

( It WILL go up the plate and on the bottom...you just have to pat it there)

Bake this on the second oven rack from the bottom for 5-7 minutes
Cool  on a rack while you make the filling

Filling:
place peaches cut side down on the crust ..as many halves as will fit

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and ginger together in a bowl.
Add melted butter to the cream, mix well and pour over flour mixture
Blend well
Pour over peaches.......

Bake 425 for 45 minutes......
Cool on a rack....
serve with whipped cream

Here's another tried and true...

1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell
1 can (14-oz.) Nestle Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash ground nutmeg
3 1/2 cups (about 7 medium) peeled, pitted and sliced peaches

For Streusel Topping:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Arrange peaches in pie shell. Combine sweetened condensed milk, eggs, butter, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth. Pour over peaches.

Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F; bake for additional 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

FOR STREUSEL TOPPING:
Combine 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 1/3 cup all-purpose flour and 1/3 cup chopped walnuts in medium bowl. Cut in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
